Can Walk with a Speed of 4 mph & Can Carry About 170 kg
Designers of this device says that it is more robots that walk on four advanced in the world, a robot with four legs qualified for the transfer of the insured, and enhancements to the fighting forces on the front lines. This strange robot has amazing poise on systems connected to a computer makes the robot maintaining a poise in the rough places and on the ice and snow without falling.
BigDog can walk uphill with a tilt angle up to 35
degrees and able to walk almost in all fields, such as on the snow and
the water. BigDog itself has a length of about 90 cm, height 60 cm and

Big Dog is the US Army’s latest attempt to take some of the weight off their soldiers. The massive 11 stone machine is designed to carry four bags full of equipment through terrain that is virtually impossible to pass by any other vehicle.
Many robots are created to help the soldiers to carry the very heavy luggage and one of the robot that is promising is the BigDog, a dog robot that made by Boston Dynamics. As the name implies, this robot was made to the shape of the foot that resembles a big dog leg and it looks weird. Although it looks so weird, BigDog can walk with a speed of 4 mph (6.5 km / h) and can carry about 170 kg.
